Today I had the pleasure of celebrating with Bette & Michael at the Belvedere Mansion in Staatsburgh, New York. The couple were surrounded by family & friends from near & far. I had the pleasure of talking “shop” with a few. Bette & Michael, wine aficionados, work with a calligrapher to design the hand made place markers along with the table markers.
The sun came out just as the couple exchanged their vows, as Bette’s father officiated over the ceremony. Many, many happy years to Bette & Michael – may you continue to add to your cork collection.

We spent the day with Melissa & Vinny. The bride looked absolutely beautiful, as did the groom. The cermony was at St Benedicts on Otis Avenue in the Bronx, New York. After the ceremony we were off to the Surf Club in New Rochelle, New York. To Melissa & Vinny may your days be as peaceful & happy as you both are.

Today were with Alex & Ken. The ceremony at St. Thomas Moore in Darien, Connecticut. Alex looked radiant in her gown…and Ken was equally dashing in his tux. After taking some photographs at Compo Beach in Westport, Connecticut…we headed into the town of Westport and invaded the main street.
Many people stopped to watch us stop traffic for a brief moment.
The reception was held at the Longshore Inn in Westport, Connecticut with musice provided by Saturday Night Fever. And the “wedding cake” was as unique as our couple! The flowers were by Stew Leonard’s and they did a fabulous job!!
Much love & happiness to the newlyweds. May your life always be as happy, less stressfull, as your wedding day!

We had a blast in the studio today! It is a rare day that I get three little girls in one family!! And they were the cutest.
I enjoyed sitting & chatting with them as much as I enjoyed photographing them.
They were very willing subjects, as long as they got to make their funny faces when they were done.

Today is Erin & Gary’s 1st wedding anniversary. It is an event that I feel shouldn’t go by without a little recognition.
As many of you know, I am always telling the story of how I photographed Erin & Gary’s wedding. IT is a funny tale and I always tell it for one reason. That is – never lose sight of the reason why you are where you are on your wedding day. Never forget that you are there truly for one reason – to marry the person you love.
No matter what happened to Erin & Gary that day, and a lot happened that day but they never lost sight.
So, our very best wish to Erin & Gary on their first anniversary. Much happiness, lots of love and thank you for letting us photograph your day.
AWWW YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING our WEDDING A DREAM COME TRUE & COMING TO OUR RESCUE AT A MOMENTS NOTICE!
XOXOXOXOX

While Alistair was at Round Hill House, I was at the Gardens at Catlin Creek celebrating with Karen & Mike.
The bride looked stunning as did the groom. But I must admit that Karen has been the calmest bride I have ever seen.
The Bride & Groom danced most of the night away with family & friends.
Many happy days to you both & kisses to M. from me.

Today we were with Missy & Jim as they celebrated with family & friends at the Eagle’s Nest. Missy was a real sport, she was up for anything. After we discussed the weather, and I promised it wouldn’t rain – the skies opened up & poured down on us on the way to take formals. As soon as we arrived at the destination, the rained stopped, just like I planned ;o)
The couple danced into the night to DJ Baby Sal. Fun was had by all.
Best wishes to a wonderful couple, may all the rain showers in your life be as quick as the one on your wedding day!
