Babies
We had a blast in the studio today! It is a rare day that I get three little girls in one family!! And they were the cutest.
I enjoyed sitting & chatting with them as much as I enjoyed photographing them.
They were very willing subjects, as long as they got to make their funny faces when they were done.

Wedding
Today is Erin & Gary’s 1st wedding anniversary. It is an event that I feel shouldn’t go by without a little recognition.
As many of you know, I am always telling the story of how I photographed Erin & Gary’s wedding. IT is a funny tale and I always tell it for one reason. That is – never lose sight of the reason why you are where you are on your wedding day. Never forget that you are there truly for one reason – to marry the person you love.
No matter what happened to Erin & Gary that day, and a lot happened that day but they never lost sight.
So, our very best wish to Erin & Gary on their first anniversary. Much happiness, lots of love and thank you for letting us photograph your day.

Wedding
While Alistair was at Round Hill House, I was at the Gardens at Catlin Creek celebrating with Karen & Mike.
The bride looked stunning as did the groom. But I must admit that Karen has been the calmest bride I have ever seen.
The Bride & Groom danced most of the night away with family & friends.
Many happy days to you both & kisses to M. from me.

Wedding
Alistair celebrated with Diane & Tim at the Round Hill House.
They hosted an intimate affair for family & friends. The ceremony in the Garden followed by cocktails on the porch.
We wish you much happiness together!

Wedding

Today we were with Missy & Jim as they celebrated with family & friends at the Eagle’s Nest. Missy was a real sport, she was up for anything. After we discussed the weather, and I promised it wouldn’t rain – the skies opened up & poured down on us on the way to take formals. As soon as we arrived at the destination, the rained stopped, just like I planned ;o)
The couple danced into the night to DJ Baby Sal. Fun was had by all.
Best wishes to a wonderful couple, may all the rain showers in your life be as quick as the one on your wedding day!

Engagement

Devan & John stopped by today to go over the final plans for their upcoming wedding at Patriot Hills. After dotting all the “i”s and crossing all the “t”s we went into the studio for an engagement session.
We are looking forward to photographing their wedding!

Wedding

What a wonderful day! Yes a Thursday wedding with a very wonderful couple – Makiko & Bruce. We were on the rooftop terrace of the Kitano Hotel on Park Avenue in midtown Manhattan. The lovely cuople were surrounded by many friends and a very loving family. The toast were many and were filled with much love and good wishes for the happy couple.
To Bruce & Makiko – much happiness, lots of love and a lifetime of smiles for both of you from both myself & Alistair. Thank you for letting us peek in on your special day.

Fun
For the last few days I have been out of the office covering a dance recital for Miss Janalee’s School of Dance. The annual recital was today and it was, as always, very entertaining.
I had fun today. It never ceases to amaze me how much work goes into this one day, and how hard everyone works to get there. Congratulations on a job well done!

Wedding

We celebrate with Megan & Jeremy at Round Hill House today. A very special bride and her just as wonderful groom exchanged their vows in front of family & friends. Her gorgeous flowers were from Flowers by David Anthony in Monroe.
We wish this couple much happiness and love.

Engagement

On the beach! Today, we found ourselves on the beach in the sand shooting Marc & Chloe. The sun was just right, our couple was game, it was a little chilly but all in all everything was perfect!
We are looking forward to Marc & Chloe’s wedding at the Belvedere Mansion later on this year. Chloe even said something about getting in a boat!!!!

Engagement

We spent some time with Jenny & Paul in Central Park today. The shoot didn’t seem like it was going to happen since the skies had opened up twice in the hour before we started shooting. But the sun managed to peak out just in time. We even had some local entertainment durning our shoot.
We are looking forward to Jenny & Paul’s wedding at the Tribeca Rooftop later this year!

Kids

When Robin came in with her boys for communion portraits, I was hoping that she would want to jump into the act too. I have known Robin for nine years, which has passed very quickly, and know how all of her boys mean so very much to her, and it shows. She’s probably going to yell at me since this is a surprise for Father’s Day, but I had to share.
So sshhhhhh! Don’t tell anyone!!!

Wedding
I had planned to take the day off to clean out my closet and taking inventory of my shoes. I was actually looking forward to it, well not the cleaning part.
But instead of cleaning, which I think I owe a big thanks to Angelica for that, I helped out a friend by second shooting on a wedding. I shot for Angelica Glass of Angelica Glass Photography and we had a good time shooting & talking about lenses, grain & camera stuff. It is funny how two photographers can drool over a lens most people have probably never heard of.
I actually forgot how much fun it is to second shoot & become invisible, well as invisible as one can be with two cameras with a very long lens attached to one. I’ll have to get Alistair to take the lead more when we shoot together so I can go off to try to be invisible.
The wedding was really wonderful and the day was perfect. My best wishes to Jillian & Joe for a very long & happy life together.
Wedding

We spent sometime with Marlee getting some shots for her upcoming Bat Mitzvah. She was a blast to work with. Marlee is a natural, as one can see, and was quick to throw out ideas for shots, not to mention was a really good sport when we asked her to climb a tree too!!
We are looking forward to working with her & her family again for her Bat Mitzvah ceremony & celebration!

AWWW YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING our WEDDING A DREAM COME TRUE & COMING TO OUR RESCUE AT A MOMENTS NOTICE!
